  • Function: lid fit, 10-second inversion leak test, slider operation
  • Workmanship: coating, welds, rim smoothness, interior cleanliness
  • Labels and markings: product label, UPC/barcode scan, country of origin
  • Packaging: inner box, carton strength, shipping marks, carton weight and dimensions

Our recommendation

Ship after one correction. Product quality is within your AQL limits. Before booking freight, ask the factory to re-label the cartons with the correct SKU color in the shipping marks, and to replace the 3 units with major defects found in the sample. We would ask the factory for photo confirmation of both fixes before you authorize shipment.

Other possible outcomes in a real report: Ship (no action needed), Rework then re-inspect, or Hold (do not pay the balance until the issues are fixed).

Timing

The on-site inspection takes one working day. The photo and video report typically arrives within 1–2 business days after the factory visit. Scheduling depends on where your supplier is, and we confirm the visit date and report date when you book.
