How long does sample sourcing take?
We typically identify 2-3 qualified suppliers within a few business days. If we can't find a match within 7 days, you get a full refund.
What does the $49 sample fee cover?
Supplier research and outreach. Sample product costs and international shipping are quoted separately before we proceed.
How does the inspection work?
After you provide factory details, we arrange an on-site visit. You receive a photo and video QC report. If it's not delivered on the agreed date, full refund.
How does the 5% commission work?
The $199 deposit is credited against our 5% commission on your order value. No commission stacking, no hidden fees.
What if I need a refund?
